Apple Crisp
ingredients:

10-12 medium cooking apples

2 cups raw oats

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour

1/2 cup butter
-
1/2 cup honey
-
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon salt
to make:

Peel (if necessary), slice, and pare the apples.

Spread them into a large oblong pan.

Melt the butter and honey together.

Combine oats, flour spices, and salt.

Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients.

Crumble mixture over apples.

Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender at 375 degrees
.

Cover if it crisps too quickly.
