Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 beaten egg
-
1/2 cup milk
-
1/2 cup honey
-
1/4 cup cooking oil
-
1/2 cup blueberries - fresh or frozen
To make:

Stir together dry ingredients; make a well in the center.

Combine liquid ingredients. Add all at once to dry ingredients stirring
until just moistened. Batter should be lumpy.

Carefully fold in blueberries.

Grease muffin cups or line with paper bake cups; fill 2/3 full.

Bake in a 375 degree oven about 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins
