1. Break the eggs into a big bowl and beat them.
2. Add milk and melted butter to the eggs and beat again.
3. Add flour, salt, and sugar and mix well.
4. Heat a large skillet or griddle and coat with a film of oil.
5. Pour the batter in four or five inch circles.
6. Cook until browned then flip and cook the other side.
7. Sprinkle each Elephant Ear with cinnamon and sugar, then roll up
and eat.
