Golden Soft Pretzels
Ingredients:
To make:

Put a pot of water at least three inches deep on to boil. Preheat
the oven to 450 degrees. Lightly oil a baking tray.

Cut the dough into 32 equal parts.

One at a time, roll or stretch each piece into a snake that is twelve inches
long. You can use a ruler.

Shape into traditional or alternative pretzel shapes and pinch ends together
very tightly.

In batches, put the shapes into the boiling water for one minute then take
them out with a slotted spoon then put them onto a baking tray.

Spray the pretzels on the tray with water to make them crispy and sprinkle
with salt.

Bake for 8 minutes, then turn over, spray with more water and bake for
seven more minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes then serve with golden mustard!
Makes 32 medium pretzels.
