Incredible Ice-Cream
(for 1 1/2 quarts)
ingredients:

3 eggs

2/3 cup honey
-
3 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 cups whole milk

3 cups heavy cream
to make:

Beat egg and honey until thick.

Mix in vanilla, milk, and cream.

Freeze in ice-cream maker until soft-serve texture.

(Stir every 2 minutes.)

Let sit for 30-60 minutes to cure.
