    Jiggly Juice
    (to joust on junior javelins)

    Ingredients: 

    • 1 can frozen juice concentrate (we used apple and grape)
    • 1 1/3 cans boiling water
    • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    To make: 
    1. Thaw juice concentrate and pour into a medium size bowl.
    2. Sprinkle all four envelopes of gelatin onto juice.  Let stand while you boil water.
    3. Pour boiling water into juice mixture and stir for about 5 minutes, until all gelatin is dissolved.
    4. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate for about 3 hours until firm.
    5. Cut into cubes.

    6. Children can eat the cubes as they are or joust them.  (Carefully poke them onto skewers or toothpicks.)
