Jiggly Juice
(to joust on junior javelins)
Ingredients:
- 1 can frozen juice concentrate (we used apple and grape)
- 1 1/3 cans boiling water
- 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
To make:
- Thaw juice concentrate and pour into a medium size bowl.
- Sprinkle all four envelopes of gelatin onto juice. Let
stand while you boil water.
- Pour boiling water into juice mixture and stir for about 5 minutes,
until all gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate for about 3 hours until
firm.
- Cut into cubes.
Children can eat the cubes as they are or joust them. (Carefully
poke them onto skewers or toothpicks.)
