| Out-of-the-Ordinary Oats
ingredients:

All measurements are flexible. Change to suit taste and ingredients

available.

6 cups old fashioned rolled oats

3 apples
-
1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/4 cup honey

milk
to make:

Put oats in a large bowl and cover with water. Let them soak for
fifteen minutes (or longer, even all night if time permits.)

Wash and finely chop the apples.

Chop almonds into small pieces.

Drain oats well.

Combine oats, fruit, seeds, and nuts. Stir in honey and a enough
milk to make the mixture wet, but not soupy.

Serve in bowls.
