| Practically Perfect Pancakes
ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

3 eggs
-
3 or 4 cups milk

2 tablespoons blackstrap

1/4 cup cooking oil
how to make it:

Mix dry ingredients.

Mix wet ingredients.

Combine all ingredients.

Pour 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter into a lightly greased, hot pan for each pancake.

Cook till golden brown, turning to cook other side when pancakes have a
bubbly surface and slightly dry edges.
