Cushing
Community School
Our school acts as a community center.
Students,
teachers, parents, grandparents and friends all come together
in the education of our children. We have 73 K-4 students this
year, a half-time principal, a full-time administrative assistant,
5 full-time and 1 half-time teachers. Ten itinerant teachers come
and work with our students on a regular basis. We have one full-time
and three half-time ed techs, three bus drivers, and two custodians.
We also have the support and expertise of many volunteers and
an active "P.T.A." called the Friends and Families of C.C.S.
Cushing children are indeed taught by the whole town.
