I was
born in Oxford, England while my father was studying at Oxford
University after the second World War. We only lived there
until I was about 2 and a half, and when we moved back to the
U.S., we sailed home on the Queen Elizabeth. I grew up in
Massachusetts, but became very attached to Maine because we summered
here every year. Then I moved here in 1986 with my husband
and three children. I've
been a teacher for a long time and have taught in New Hampshire,
Maine, Massachusetts, and Texas. Since January, 2003,
I have been the EXCEL teacher in the Lura Libby School, the
Cushing School and the Thomaston Grammar School. I love
working with children from so many different grade levels! |
