National Association of Women in Construction - Several Maine students will be selected to receive $500 or $1,000 a year for one to four years. Applicants must enroll in a construction related course in a post-secondary school. Courses include civil engineering, construction management, architecture, welding, carpentry and similar courses that will prepare them for a construction career. Applicants must be Maine residents, have a need for financial assistance and have maintained a grade level appropriate for the course they plan to pursue.
