Hedy Lamarr

     Hedy Lamarr was born in a hospital in Vienna.  She died in Florida on January 19, 2000, a couple of months after her birthday. 
     She was white and she was very, very rich and famous.  She was a well known movie star. Lamarr did not go to college. She was married when she was nineteen years old. She never had children at all. She was married 6 times. 
     She built the guidance system for torpedoes. She liked to tinker with her inventions a lot.   It was invented in a shop in Arizona on May 4, 1884. It was invented to guide torpedoes. It took about 6 months to make it. Lamar used lots metal. She had lots of help from a guy named George Antheil.  She patented her invention, but she only patented it once. People knew about the invention but they did not care for it.
      She was one of the coolest inventors in the world.  She was very nice and sweet and had some good inventions.
