Fox
By Josh

Fox grow from 23-27 inches and weighs from 8-11pounds. Fox have a red furry body and a copper brown nose. Fox have sensitive hairs and whiskers so they can move in the dark. They mostly live in burrows. Fox eat mice, frogs, skunks, minks, groundhogs, white tail deer, insects, nuts and berries, and any remains of a dead animal. Fox can have 4-9 babies at a time!  Baby cubs are born in late spring and they go off on their own in the late summer. Did you know a Fox has such good hearing it can hear a worm on the soil? The Fox also rips the skin off its prey and chews on the insides. Fox can eat more then they weigh!
I really enjoyed studying about fox.  It was a fun project.
