Adding Printers

You cannot add a printer from system preferences, but you can add a printer when you are ready to print.

  1. Choose to print in whatever software you are using
    Add Printer
  2. Click on the printer drop down list and Choose Add Printer

  3. Select the printer you need from the “Printer name” list. You will see that the computer is “Searching for New Drivers”
    Choose Printer

  4. When the ‘add’ button becomes available, click on it.

  5. Wait for the next step to run.

  6. You can now click on Print!
